Bachelor Degree/MBA with specialization in Marketing or HR with min 8 years experience in Business related to international recruitment or Mega recruitment companies .The responsibility include but not limited to Business Analysis, Manpower and Financial Planning, Formulate Short and Long Term Plans. Candidate must possess excellent skills in developing Sales and Marketing plans for potential customers for Manpower Services business mainly related to Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Fertilizer, Mining and Utility Mining and Utility industries. The candidates will be responsible for annual plan, prepare monthly, quarterly and annual management reports that compare actual business objectives.. Work experience in Saudi Arabia /GCC preferred.
