AS Repair Services Manager you will be responsible to ensure the planning of repair activities in alignment with the customer (internal or external) requests. Oversees all management/administrative aspects of the services provided. Ensures availability and effectiveness of call out support resources that provide technical assistance to customers for specific application. Ensures work assignments are accurately classified as warrenty or non-warrenty status of optimize margins. Manages the shipping of replacement part/products to the customer and ensures damaged Part are returned. Reviews customer and internal service team technical needs determines and proposes solutions, and implements solutions through a team of technical resources. Coordinates with the field service manager to ensure the supply of maintenance services meets planned time and cost measures. Requisitions and buys the needed parts from internal or external suppliers based on the internal and external customer needs. Ensures that required matedals and components are provided for scheduled off-site repair activities. Ensures (with HR manager support) that the area of responsibility is properly organized, stalled, skilled and directed. Guides, motWates and devotops direct and Indirect subordinates within FIR policies.
Education: Bachelors In Electrical Engineering.
Experience: 7 10 years In Motors and Generators/Drives, must be fluent in English
